Lakes Cottage Holiday Promo Codes for October 2026

Always reliable for holidays

This was my fourth time booking with Lakes Cottage Holidays, and they're consistently good. I usually go for their cottages with gardens since we bring our dog. This time, we stayed in an Ambleside cottage, and it was just as reliable as previous bookings. The booking process never changes, which is nice – very straightforward. I know what to expect with their properties and their service, which is why I keep coming back. No surprises, just good holidays.

Decent value, few snags

We booked a family friendly rental in Keswick for the half-term. The price was competitive, especially with a short break deal we found. The cottage was mostly as expected, a traditional stone cottage with enough space for us all. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials. My only real gripe was that the heating took a while to kick in properly on the first evening, which was a bit chilly. Also, parking was a little tight, though manageable. Delivery of information was timely. Overall, it was a solid choice for the price, but a quicker heating system would have made it perfect.

Fantastic luxury stay!

Oh my goodness, our luxury lodge with a hot tub was absolutely incredible! It was even better than the pictures online. Everything was so clean and comfy. The views were stunning, and that hot tub was a dream after a day of walking. I loved every minute of our stay! I am already planning my next trip with them. So happy with this holiday!

Good cottage, smooth process

I booked a pet friendly cottage for a week near Windermere back in May. The booking process on the website was straightforward, with clear photos and descriptions of the property. I received a confirmation email almost instantly, and then check-in details about a week before our stay. The cottage itself was clean and well-equipped, exactly as advertised. We had a minor issue with the Wi-Fi on the second day, but their customer support was pretty responsive. I called, and they guided me through a quick router reset, which fixed it right away. Key collection was easy via a lockbox. Overall, a good experience and the quality of the accommodation was solid.
